In my search for places to go I have come up with the above list. The only certainty is that I will go to Santa Fe. Houston in April is not unpleasant either. Only the Milan entry would add to my opera house list.
Please suggest if you know of something I would like.

Central City Opera is offering the North American premiere of Handel's "Amadigi di Gaula," performed in rotating repertory with "Carmen" and a set of three one-acters (Puccini's "Gianni Schicchi," Weill's "Die sieben Todsünden," and Poulenc's "Les Mamelles de Tirésias").

New theater-style seats were installed in the opera house 7-8 years ago, which was a vast improvement over the old armchair seating. It's a unique opera-going experience in the truest sense of the word, especially at 8,496 feet above sea level.
That does sound like fun.
